MAXSTI-RTC Series
RTC series angular stroke actuator is a fork-type structure. The piston's direct stroke is converted to angular stroke output by fork-type mechanism. Mainly used to drive ball valves, butterfly valves, cock valves and other angular stroke parts of rotary heavy-duty valves.
The RTC series is compact design, providing higher torque with minimum volume and weight. It can be divided into two forms: double-acting and single-acting. The single-acting actuator spring is installed in the cylinder. The design of the spring group ensures the maximum safety. The compression spring is not affected by the disassembly of the cylinder head and the tie rod. The cylinder seal can be safely replaced without taking out the spring. The fork can be selected with symmetrical or inclined structure. The appropriate fork can be selected according to the characteristics of the valve torque, and the torque can be reasonably distributed. The mechanical limit can adjust the travel of the actuator positively or negatively by 4 degrees at the two terminal positions of the switch, that is, the travel can be accurately adjusted between 82 degrees and 98 degrees. In order to meet the need of manual operation in emergencies, RTC series actuators can choose to be equipped with manual operation mechanism.
The standard interface of VDI / VDE 3845 NAMUR is machined on the actuator, which can be used to install locator, position transmitter, limit switch, position indication and other accessories. The connection between actuator and valve installation conforms to ISO 5211 flange connection standard.
