The integral general and integral explosion-proof partial rotary valve electric device consists of QB12.5-400 and QB12.5-400B valve electric device with additional control electrical components. This series of valves have built-in control module, large capacity contactor, and can no longer use electronic control box, so it has small size and full function (with automatic phase sequence identification and phase absence protection function, remote control has four ways, plus emergency shutdown function), simple installation and wiring (with only three-phase power line, it can be operated on site), convenient maintenance (electrical circuit is open). Through DC24V voltage control, electrical components are connected by connectors.
The performance indicators of this product meet the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for General Valve Electric Devices". The explosion-proof performance indicators meet the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosive Environmental Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment", GB3836.2-2000 "Flameproof Electrical Equipment d" for Explosive Environmental Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Flameproof Valve Electrical Devices".
