Intelligent Locator Supporting PROFIBUS PA Bus Protocol
PROFIBUS fieldbus is an independent and open fieldbus standard for manufacturing industry and process automation. It is suitable for applications requiring high time, high transmission rate and complex communication. Flexible architecture makes mechanical installation and transmission speed easy to adapt to specific applications. It is a commonly used standard communication protocol.
PROFIBUS PA is mainly used for process automation solutions. The transmission mode (physical layer of ISO/OSI model) conforms to IEC 61158. Two-wire system is used to supply power, and signal transmission line is used to supply power. PROFIBUS PA is also suitable for explosion-proof occasions.
TZIDC-110 locator conforms to Profibus PA configuration file specification of process equipment "Electric Actuator 3.0" to ensure compatibility and interoperability with third party control system.
In accordance with the PROFIBUS bus convention, it can read the cyclic state data of the locator in AUT, MAN or RCAS mode, and write parameters to the locator in O/S (out of service) mode. The newly written parameters are downloaded directly to the device, stored in non-volatile memory, and take effect immediately.
The graphical user interface DTM can be used for diagnosis and debugging of TZIDC-110. DTM is based on FDT/DTM technology (FDT 1.2), which can be integrated into a control system, or can install DVS 401 configuration software in a single PC (Smart vision). The locator can be debugged, operated and diagnosed in the way described above.

Intelligent Locator Supporting FOUNDATION Fieldbus TM Bus Protocol
The communication of FOUNDATION Fieldbus TZIDC-120 is carried out by fieldbus. According to the bus protocol, it can read out the cyclic state data of locator in AUT, MAN or RCAS mode, and write parameters to locator in O/S (out of sevice) mode. The newly written parameters are downloaded directly to the device, stored in non-volatile memory, and take effect immediately.
FOUNDATION Fieldbus is an independent and open Fieldbus standard, which enables different products manufactured by different manufacturers to be integrated into a system and compatible with each other. The system of FOUNDATION Fieldbus is divided into two parts: fast upstream HSE bus (high-speed ethernet) and slow but intrinsically safe H1 bus. This is based on the ISO/OSI model (ISO Open System Interconnection). The file format of Device Description (DD) provides all manufacturers with information about FF devices and all necessary functions they contain.
The user interface of TZIDC-120 locator can be integrated into the control system. In this way, you can set parameters and upload data with the fieldbus during the debugging phase, during the operation and service tasks.
TZIDC-120 bus locator supporting FOUNDATION Fieldbus protocol adopts Foundation Fieldbus and is installed in control system with appropriate configuration program. TZIDC-120 can be easily monitored, configured and diagnosed. The new input parameters are downloaded directly to the device, stored in non-volatile memory, and take effect immediately.
