Product Introduction

IMI is a leading global engineering group focusing on the precise control and movement of fluids in key applications. We work with leading multinational corporations in more than 50 countries to provide innovative engineering solutions to address global trends such as clean energy, energy efficiency, health care and further automation.
Our key fluid technology business is the world's leading expert in valve solutions that enhance performance and reliability in critical equipment applications. Control fluid pressure to protect expensive equipment such as steam turbines and compressors so that they can operate with maximum efficiency.
Knowing our customers'processes and challenges enables us to provide outstanding and customized control valves for power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, paper and other processing facilities. Through our dedicated customer service network, which provides technical support for equipment life, we reduce risks, improve efficiency, reduce the cost of maintenance and operation, and minimize downtime, so as to optimize customer operation and financial performance.
DRAG labyrinth valve is a patented product registered by CCI in the United States. This labyrinth-type regulating valve is mainly used to solve the problems of flash, cavitation and erosion caused by medium and high pressure difference. The core of labyrinth control valve is superimposed disc spool, which is composed of several discs designed and manufactured separately. Each disc has a certain number of channels, and each channel has a certain number of turns (step-down series). Decompression series depends on the pressure difference before and after the valve, and the number of channels depends on the flow capacity requirements of the valve at the corresponding opening. CCI produces control valves ranging from 1/4"to 36" with pressure levels ranging from ANSI150 to 4500.
DRAG labyrinth valves are widely used in power industry.

CCI Switzerland was founded in 1934 as the valve and control division of Sulzer Limited. Since the first boiler was manufactured in 1941, Sulzer has been active in steam and power production. CCI Switzerland's turbine bypass system has been used in China for nearly hundreds of sets of performance, product quality and performance has been unanimously praised by the power industry. CCI Switzerland provides key valves and control systems for thermal and nuclear power plants. For example, steam turbine bypass system and boiler start-up valve are provided for power plants.
BTG Special Valve Company joined CCI Company in 2001. BTG Special Valve Company was founded in 1921. In bypass system and steam temperature and pressure reduction special valve field, especially in the world's combined cycle generating units in the leading position.
The company's leading products are divided into four categories:
High and low pressure bypass valves in power plants
- Steam Temperature and Pressure Reduction Regulating Valve
- Steam Desuperheater
High plus three-way valve and high and low pressure water regulating valve, etc.
CCI Korea, 840 series cage control valves adopt the current very professional and advanced technology, widely used in medium and low pressure differential cleaner liquid and gas environment. The regulating valve is suitable for water vapor, liquid and gas and other media. 840 series control valves are very flexible. Different spools can be used in the valves. At the same time, the cage design greatly reduces the vibration of the valve core, ensures the stability of the valve in the whole journey, and the valve internals of 840 series control valves are easy to replace, which is very convenient for maintenance and replacement. The reasonable structure design of 840 series control valves makes them suitable for the harsh environment which is prone to cavitation and noise.
CCI Japan, Gadelius was incorporated into ABB Japan and joined CCI in 2005. It is an enterprise specializing in the design, production and processing of control valves, mainly used for different types of common control valves on boiler or turbine side.
